Overview
We offer a satisfaction guaranteed return policy for items returned within 30 days for most of the items in our store. You may return the products in its original condition within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. If the item is in used/damaged conditions but returned within 30 days of the purchase date, then we may charge a 15% restocking fee from your total refund.
If the item is returned in its original condition but the return process was started after 30 days after the purchase date, then we may charge a 15% restocking fee from your total refund. If the item is returned in a used/damaged condition AND the return process was started after 30 days of the purchase date, then we may charge a 30% restocking fee from the total refund. If this is your first return, then we will be more than willing to work with you by waiving the restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with the original item that was ordered. It must also be in the original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your return and the total amount that will be refunded back to you.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Please note refunds through electronic transfers such as debit or credit cards are usually not processed the same day. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your paying account.
We recommend waiting at least 5 business days for the refund to be fully processed and received.
If you experience any issues with the refund and have already waited 5 business days after we confirmed your refund was processed, then please contact us at info@wjbautomotive.com for further assistance.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wjbautomotive.com and send your item to: 725 Shea Rd, Newton, NC.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 725 Shea Rd, Newton, NC.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
